  When they're selling, customer service is stellar. When there's a problem with the low-quality product, customer service is non-existent. I've called at least a half dozen times in the past few months to schedule service on flimsy window locks that are defective. Each time someone else answers the phone, has no knowledge of my previous calls, but "will have someone call" me... apparently that person is always out of the office because no one has ever returned my calls. Finally got a service tech scheduled, but he called to cancel... buyer beware.

  Four Seasons Windows Rocks! We had been in the market for new windows for a few years and had Brian visit our home with an estimate. Brian was knowledgable and offered us a great bid. The work was scheduled promptly and on the day of the delivery our installer, Chuck arrived to begin his work. We have a large home with many windows and Chuck eagerly went to work. He was thoughtful of our home and our schedule. He was friendly and very skilled. He worked so hard in the hot summer sun and replaced all of our 44 windows with top craftmanship. Our windows look amazing. They make our 24 year old home look brand new. I know that new windows are expensive and can be a huge investment but after seeing the finished work of Chuck and his crew of Zack and Chris, my new windows are worth every penny. I can now raise and lower them with two fingers and have beautiful skilled craftmanship in the trim around the windows outside. Kudos to Chuck and his crew and Four Seasons Windows for a job very well done.

  Our first impression walking into their office was very positive. After describing what we wanted, the gentleman set an appointment for a designer to come to our house. Abbey arrived on time and was prepared. We found her very knowledgeable and willing to make sure she understood what we wanted. Very positive.
