  My wife and I have only had our second shopping experience at this store, but these are our feelings so far. Justine (the manager) was copiously generous with her time for us. She really answered our questions and, as both my wife and I feel, cared as much about educating us as she did selling to us. (Coming from someone who does sales for a living, that's quite the compliment). She seemed relentless in her desire to make sure we had the best experience and that our cloths fit as well as possible. We intend on this being our 'go-to' store for future purchases.

  After going to men's wear house down the street and being over sold and honestly cheated on a pretty average suit. I went to this store and was pleasantly surprised at how well the staff took care of me. It didn't feel like I was being sold something. It felt like a friend was trying to help me find a suit that worked for me.

  Justine, Justine Justine. I am a Sales Management Professional. It's rare when I find a management team that I don't immediately fixate on thier glaring faults. It's even rarer that I am impressed. Justine, has genuinely impressed me. Not only because the store is always straight, it is. Or because her staff is well trained, they are. It's the CULTURE she has infected her store with. A customer first, no question or task is too much kind of culture. The real customer service we've all been missing for so long. Have crossed many clothiers off of my list because she reminded me of how I want to be treated when I spend my hard earned money. Really its just Justine and Geno (geno is in leawood, different story all together) for my suits and business casual attire. And, I know MANY people who feel the same as I.
