  Lee's Summit Store. We did 60k+ in contracts on a new build floors, shower and counter tops. We are not new to construction. Initial Floor crews were horrible, sloppy and unsupervised, we fired them on the spot, but not until they had installed inferior subflooring. Floor finish teams did a good job under our close scrutiny and over site. Shower installer did a good job on complex steam shower install. But, three weeks before counter top install we got a call to come pick out granite. They had sold our granite out from under us even though we had a contract and paid for the slabs. We had spent months searching for the right color, pattern, condition and now we had to start over which delayed completion date and we had to settle on what we could find even though the floors, paint and decor we're base on the original granite purchase. The salesman was helpful until he got the contract, thereafter communication was seldom good and trying to meet with anyone to get the final solutions was almost impossible. We wasted hours and days trying to get answers. Demanded to speak to owner, who dodge us for a long time. He was unappolgetic and said it was just the way it is, he needed the granite so he used it. Bottom line Midland Marble is too big to care. So sorry we ever got involved with them. There are numerous granite suppliers in KC, just check reviews before you pick an installer.

  I would highly recommend Midland Marble and Granite. They did a great job on my kitchen and went above and beyond my expectations. My kitchen looks fantastic!! My sales rep helped me select a granite that looks perfect with my cabinets. Ted, one of members of the install team, even repaired the flooring in the cabinet under my sink without me asking - it was a great bonus surprise!
