  I would NOT recommend Sears of Lee's Summit. We purchased a washer & dryer from Sears in Lee's Summit December 5, 2017. The female sales person was not very personable & that should have given us pause but we like dummies chose to go ahead! Appliances were delivered December 16, 2017. The dryer started making intermittent noises around January 10. We weren't sure what to make of it. Called for service to come out & a very nice gentleman came out today, January 26, 2018. The dryer drum is warped & the rollers, 4 sets, are likely ruined. 41 days after delivery- the Lee's Summit store washes their hands of the situation. No responsibility - never even was allowed to speak directly to the store manager! They sold us a defective appliance & they are pushing it back to Kenmore! Kenmore says their warranty requires the dryer to be repaired & with the repair the warranty resets but don't use the dryer - for two weeks until it's repaired but continue to make payments if you are on a payment plan!!!! I would NOT recommend the Sears In Lee's Summit, MO nor would I recommend Kenmore appliances. It's really sad because Kenmore was once considered to be a very reputable brand with quality products & customer service. Anyone else wonder why Sears is hurting? Now WE know.
