I was forced to pay to upgrade equipment at the end of my first contract (3 years). By upgrading the equipment I was put in another contract (5 years) which was not clearly communicated. I have contacted the company and requested a copy of the new agreement. They are claiming it is impossible for them to retrieve the copy of the new agreement. When insisting I need the copy, the said there is a $25 charge to get a copy of the document. I am no longer in need of the service but am stuck in this vicious cycle of poor customer service and no answers.
