  Best Sprint customer service I have had in a LONG time. I had to drive 45 minutes on three different occasions to get my phone fixed, but that wasn't their fault and they made each trip worth the hassle. The team there was patient with me as I knew nothing about backing an iPhone up or iCloud. They answered any and all my questions. The manager of the store was very friendly and it is apparent that he creates such a great work environment that his team actually enjoys their job. Happy employees = happy customers. I typically avoid going into sprint stores because of the subpar service I always receive, however this experience was refreshingly different. People don't usually realize that great customer service goes a long way. Thank you guys!

  The wait was long, but the customer service was EXCELLENT! Whoever runs the store now is doing a fantastic job stressing the need for caring about the customers in store. If you need anything from Sprint in the Lee's Summit area, come here!
