  Outstanding Customer Service! Especially by Joe Pena - on several occasions! He really takes care of the customer first. I needed a new screen protector - and TWICE he was able to deliver and cut through the paper work and get a new screen on my phone. My screen protector had a guarantee, but I had issues finding the receipt online - but since I am a regular customer there, he recognized me and remembered me and helping me in the past, he was able to replace my damaged screen protector TWICE! Outstanding Work Ethic - A++. They go out of their way and the extra mile to solve the issue and not "punt" work away or make work go away like so many other places. (Oh - we did find the receipt.)
