  Every time I have needed to know how to accomplish a task with which I am not familiar, their staff has been able to walk me through the steps to get the job done. When I have needed a board cut, they have been most accommodating and the charge is nominal. While the large home improvement stores have their place, for most projects or tasks, I would rather go to a store where it is easy to find what I need without walking a 1/4 mile and, if I need assistance, help is always nearby. I also find it amazing that they always seem to have the parts or supplies I need at the time, no matter what I am doing. They also happen to be located close to my home, which is a "super-plus" for me!
